Managing partner: Silvija Seres
Silvija is 41 years old, a Hungarian from Yugoslavia who moved to Norway more than 20 years ago. She has an academic past as a fellow in Oxford, a system developer in Silicon Valley, university builder in Saudi Arabia, and business developer in Norway. She was a part of the team that built the IT company FAST, one of the recent entrepreneurial success stories in Norway, and has worked on the integration of this company into Microsoft upon its acquisition. Silvija sits on a board of a number of public and private companies, including Statkraft, Norsk Tipping, Dagbladet and Aschehoug. She has also lived in France and Singapore, and has three small children.
